• Check patient eligibility and complete patient insurance benefit verification.
  • Able to understand the cost estimators and patient responsibilities.
  • Obtain and verify insurance authorizations for procedures.
  • Able to get the PCP office's approvals.
  • Review patient medical records and documentation to ensure the accuracy of the authorizations.
  • Track and document authorization statuses, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues or denials.
  • Keep comprehensive tract of the patients on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintaining detailed records of preauthorization requests, approvals, denials, and appeals.
  • Able to communicate with front office related to queries, pending cases and rescheduling.
