Zero Healthcare Company needs Assistant Inventory Officer for its Head Office located in Lahore. Females are encouraged to apply.
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-2 Years. Basic knowledge of stock management, stock control, and inventory best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock items, ensuring all items are logged correctly in the inventory system.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of goods and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
- Update and maintain inventory records for both incoming and outgoing stock.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Provide reports of audit results to the Operations Manager and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements, transactions, and orders.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Provide feedback to the Inventory Manager on trends, stock turnover, and areas for inventory optimization.
