Experience: 5 years of sales experience
Qualification: Bachelors
Key Responsibilities:
Identify target customer segments and develop approaches to reach and engage them effectively.
Utilize various online channels (website, social media, email, etc.) to connect with potential customers and drive interest in products.
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and provide expert guidance on product selection and usage.
Implement promotional campaigns online to maximize sales.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide feedback to the operations team based on customer insights and market needs.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, reporting on progress and challenges to management.
Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic).
