Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target customer segments and develop approaches to reach and engage them effectively.

  • Utilize various online channels (website, social media, email, etc.) to connect with potential customers and drive interest in products.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and provide expert guidance on product selection and usage.

  • Implement promotional campaigns online to maximize sales.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Provide feedback to the operations team based on customer insights and market needs.

  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, reporting on progress and challenges to management.

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic).
