This is a full-time Field Operations Officer role with Helm Foundation.

The Field Operations Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities in the field, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Karāchi and 70% outdoor fieldwork.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in operations management.
  • Knowledge of finance and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
