- Material receipt note, dispatch note.
- Stores & supplier records.
- Sales and sales returns, purchases and purchase returns.
- Invoicing, day book, party ledger, control accounts, trial balance.
- Cost sheet, provisions, income statement, cash flow, balance sheet.
- Party and bank reconciliation.
- Staff salaries and labour wages sheet.
- Be aware of transactions where taxes are involved.
