As a UI/UX Designer at HexCode Innovations, you will be responsible for turning abstract ideas into refined, user-friendly prototypes and interfaces. Your role will bridge the gap between our technical team and end users, ensuring a seamless design process that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Idea Refinement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, refine concepts, and transform ideas into actionable design solutions.
Prototype Development: Create interactive prototypes to visualize workflows and user journeys, leveraging tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
Wireframing & Mockups: Develop detailed wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to outline the structure and functionality of the product.
UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience.
Design Systems: Establish and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides, typography, and UI components.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and maintain the intended user experience.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and best practices, applying innovative approaches where appropriate.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including prototypes, wireframes, and final products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
Ability to create designs for both web and mobile applications.
Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.
