- Drive sales and achieve branch targets through direct sales efforts.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accurately record and document all sales transactions.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
