Human Resource Manager

As HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind recruitment, team development, and culture-building. You'll work closely with leadership to create a healthy, high-performing, and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs
Manage payroll processes in collaboration with Finance
Champion company culture and well-being initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)
2+ years experience in HR, preferably in tech or outsourcing environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
Proactive, solution-oriented, and empathetic mindset

Experience with remote/distributed teams
Familiarity with live chat, customer service, or outsourcing industries
