Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and improve market positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of communication strategies with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Manage the budget for brand and communication initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to optimize resource allocation and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to guide budget and strategy decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media representatives, partners, and customers.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for corporate communication, ensuring consistent and clear messaging across all communication channels.
  • Lead and mentor the brand and communication team, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee content creation ensuring that all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Develop communication strategies that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Anticipate potential communication challenges and proactively manage stakeholder expectations to foster positive relationships.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and transparent communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Engage in ongoing market research and data analysis to continuously refine the brand strategy and positioning.
  • Utilize media monitoring tools to assess public perception and media engagement, shaping future communication approaches.
