At Highnoon Laboratories, the Lead People Analytics and Digitilization plays a pivotal role in shaping our human resources function through strategic data analysis and digital transformation initiatives. This position requires an analytical leader who is proficient in people analytics methodologies and possesses a strong understanding of HR technologies. You will lead a small, dedicated team, administering the development and implementation of comprehensive people analytics frameworks that reveal insights necessary for workforce planning, employee retention, and overall organizational performance. Your capacity to collaborate with HR business leaders, drive cultural change, and present data-driven insights will be essential in enhancing our HR functions and ensuring our initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives. Furthermore, by championing digital transformation in HR processes and advocating for the adoption of innovative solutions, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our employee experience and optimizing organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics framework to provide actionable insights that support workforce planning and organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with HR business leaders to identify analytics needs and translate data into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain accurate databases and dashboards to ensure the reliability and consistency of HR data.
  • Establish strict data governance protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Lead the digital transformation of HR processes by implementing and optimizing digital tools and platforms including HRIS, LMS, and employee experience software.
  • Identify and deploy innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to enhance recruitment and develop employee engagement strategies.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team dedicated to advancing people analytics and digitalization efforts within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that drive decision-making.
  • Cultivate an organizational culture that promotes digital literacy and data-driven decision-making through effective leadership.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance organizational capability in people analytics and the use of modern digital tools.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of advanced HR technologies and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and manage key HR performance metrics to measure the impact of analytics and digital initiatives and report on these findings regularly.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to HR stakeholders that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in personnel analytics.
