Hillcrest Solutions is actively hiring on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Telecom sector. We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager who excels in managing key enterprise customer accounts and driving collection performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive strategic collection objectives with measurable results.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and legal teams.
Collaborate with the Working Capital Department on credit/collection concerns.
Manage bookings, collection offsets, and reconciliations in accounting systems.
Liaise with banks on collection-related matters.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Engage with clients to resolve disputes related to receivables.
Partner with the Billing Department to improve invoicing accuracy.
Deliver monthly forecasts and performance reports with aggressive targets.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of commercial credit and collection laws.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Industry: Banking / Telecom Operator Business
Education: Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Collections (Banking experience is a must; Telecom industry is a strong plus)
