- Hands-on experience with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver)
- Ability to plan, design, and optimize transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis.
- Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion.
- Ability to verify technical site surveys and line-of-sight surveys.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to communicate with customers and propose suitable solutions based on requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment.
