- Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
- Should have good knowledge and have experience in Radio Network improvements
- Identify the network issues and analysis of the degraded KPIs and action plan to be implemented for improvement
- Continuous improvement in the network performance indicators
- Must have good understanding of different companies like Nokia, Ericsson parameters
- Must have good knowledge of different companies like Nokia, Ericsson KPIs formula
- Good skills at RF basic tools Genexcloud/Omstart/FMA/U2020/U-net
- Must have good knowledge of Network features.
- Implements network optimization solutions and propose solutions accordance with customer complaints
- Must have good knowledge of BO/BI, MO Shell and ENM, NetAct.
- Must be able to study and implement new features in the network as per customer requirement.
- Must have experience of network optimization for event assurances.
- Should be good at transferring knowledge to other junior team members.
- Ownership and readiness to dedicate as per the requirement of the network and customer.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as Radio Frequency optimization engineer.
