- Familiar with international codes and standards for Datacenter & building construction.
- Strong expertise in the field of Civil works for Datacenter construction at large scale.
- Expert in review and evaluation of design for civil works.
- Expert in area demarcation and layout as per approved design.
- Capable of reviewing and evaluating test reports, i.e., geotechnical report, concrete and material test reports.
- Expert in review of steel structure design and its implementation.
- Expert in review of design for water supply, sewerage and its implementation.
- Expert in review of design for road construction and its implementation.
- Knowledgeable in quality control and safety, skilled in finishing works.
- Strong skills in monitoring civil work activities, i.e., excavation, concrete pourings, steel fixing.
- Familiar with documents and requirements for approval by local authorities.
- Strong reporting skills, proficient in MS Office.
- Skilled in design review and installation of HVAC and fire-fighting equipment, electrical and earthing installation.
Requirements:
- Qualifications & Experience: Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Graduate.
- Uptime or TIA 942 DC Certifications (ATD, CDCP, CDCS, CTDS)
- Minimum 8 Years of previous experience in multi-megawatt Data center design and build projects.
