  • Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and workflows, with proven experience implementing Odoo in these areas.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with specific Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing).

  Responsible For

  • Lead and manage all phases of international Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis workshops with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and translate those needs into effective Odoo solutions.
  • Design and configure Odoo modules and functionalities to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate customization requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for client users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Odoo implementations.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team growth.

  Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration across various business domains. Odoo certifications and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology).
