Invoice Management: Process and verify invoices from vendors and clients, ensuring all financial transactions are captured and processed accurately.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Provide financial data analysis and support for budgeting processes.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts on a regular basis, ensuring that balances align with financial records.
Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to legal requirements.
Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Expense Monitoring: Track and review company expenditures, ensuring that all expenses are within the budget.
Vendor and Client Communication: Liaise with vendors and clients regarding outstanding payments and other financial matters.
Bank Transactions: Monitor bank accounts, process payments, and handle cash management activities.
