Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and growth.
- Provide financial leadership and insights to guide the executive team in decision-making.
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting process.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), legal requirements, and tax regulations.
- Lead the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
- Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Risk Management:
- Oversee the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
- Ensure the company has effective internal controls and financial processes to safeguard assets and minimize fraud.
- Monitor external economic and financial trends that could affect the company.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic investments.
- Oversee banking relationships and manage debt obligations.
- Optimize working capital, and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
Investor Relations & Funding:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and shareholders.
- Develop strategies for capital raising, including debt and equity financing.
- Present financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance department.
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with other senior leaders (e.g., CEO, COO) to develop business strategies.
- Provide financial insights to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to drive profitability, growth, and business expansion.
