We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee site execution with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on site experience and a commitment to engineering excellence.
Qualifications:BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision and construction execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project tracking tools
Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and QA/QC procedures
Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure adherence to plans
Monitor quality control, site safety, and work progress to meet deadlines
Coordinate with execution teams, subcontractors, and site labour
Review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring proper implementation
Provide technical input during the planning and problem-solving phases
Ensure all materials and works comply with approved standards and requirements
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Assist in resolving any technical difficulties or project delays
Strong knowledge of site execution, material planning, and contractor management
Excellent understanding of civil drawings, specifications, and construction procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
Familiarity with construction safety standards and risk assessments
