Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-desk or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu
Presentable, with a friendly and confident personality
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendars
Maintain the reception area’s appearance to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
Receive and distribute mail, documents, and packages
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to the office and HR/Admin team
Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth visitor experience
Maintain accurate records of visitors and meetings, ensuring security protocols are followed
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
Good multitasking and organisational abilities
Confidence in handling in-person and phone-based communication
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
