Horizon Technologies is looking for a billing specialist who can manage the accounting function associated with classifying, posting, and matching all invoices and expenses to cash activity and accounts payable to customers and vendors.
Job Requirements:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following other tasks that may be assigned.
- Verifies allocates and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in the accounting software program or journal from documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts.
- Reconciles daily deposits and posts to respective client accounts
- Collects tax-exempt documents from clients on an annual basis
- Compiles and emails monthly statements to customers
- Confirms vendor payments due as needed
- Find and correct payment inconsistencies and errors in financial statements
- Additional duties may be added based on performance such as commission calculation support, net 30 account applications, and others
- Candidate must be fluent in speaking English
Note:Job TIming: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Mon to Fri)
