We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry / Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can handle data entry tasks while also serving as a crucial link between clients, customers, and our design team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be adept at handling client inquiries, and manage follow-ups efficiently. Additionally, a fundamental understanding of graphic design is essential to communicate effectively with the design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring high data integrity.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels, resolving issues effectively.
- Serve as the liaison between customers, clients, and the designing team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage leads by making calls and conducting follow-ups, maintaining detailed interaction records.
- Utilize basic graphic design knowledge to understand client requirements and communicate with the design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and leads to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to meet client requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Make and manage calls to leads and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, data entry software, and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
