We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Availability to work flexible Should be educated!
