Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain work schedules and timelines.
Manage site documentation including daily progress reports, material records, and quality control logs.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design and safety standards.
Assist in preparing work schedules, resource planning, and budgeting.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or other issues that may arise during the execution.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Report project progress and issues to the Project Manager regularly.
