Resource Executive / Call Center Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Resource Executive / Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, cold emailing, and engaging with potential candidates or clients. You will play a crucial role in connecting with prospects, gathering information, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment or sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from UK-based clients or candidates.
Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads and build relationships.
Provide information about job opportunities or services, answering queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up with potential candidates or customers to ensure engagement.
Work closely with the recruitment or sales team to support business growth.
Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all communications.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a persuasive yet professional approach.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates/clients.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, email communication, and MS Office.
