We are looking for a Resource Executive / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for different roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates for clients
- Utilize CV databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Screen and assess applicants to match them with the right job roles
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process by handling documentation and compliance requirements
- Work with the business development team to understand hiring needs and market trends
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of hiring
- Familiarity with job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
