Manufacturing-Production & Autonomous Maintenance
- Monthly Production Scheduling of all SKUs before the start of month.
- Maintain Stock cover days at target days i.e. for all SKUs.
- Ensure 100% Plant Utilization for plants and alter locked products if needed.
- Management of Back Processing and packing materials for 1 day for smooth operation.
- Monitor, benchmark and optimize labor productivity and labor cost/kg.
- Maintenance planning and its incorporation in production plan.
- Root cause analysis for breakdowns of process plants and packing machines
Food Safety/GMP and Compliance
- Root Cause Analysis of Customer Complaints along with preventive action plant
- Improvement in designs and layouts of machines for GMP compliance.
- Increase cross functional collaboration with QA & Compliance departments to ensure food safety and GMP compliance on the production floor.
- Conduct frequent GEMBA walks to highlight, analyze and resolve GMP/Food safety related issues on the production floor.
- Leakages removal on production equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Food, or related fields.
- At Least 5+ years of experience in Production process
- Highly developed organizational abilities
- Strong Communication Skills
