Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Digital Strategy Development & Calendar Management:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on retail businesses, wholesalers, and other B2B partners in the convenience and wholesale sectors.

    • Create and maintain a detailed marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, promotions, tradeshows, and marketing activities are well-organized and on schedule.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Optimize the company's website, product listings, and blog content to improve search engine rankings for B2B-related keywords (e.g., "wholesale distributor," "bulk product supply for retailers," "DSD," and "convenience stores").

  • Content Marketing:

    • Create and manage content that directly engages business customers, such as case studies, blog posts, product guides, and industry-specific content.

    • Ensure Texas Wholesale is positioned as a thought leader in the wholesale distribution sector, while also overseeing logistics and coordination of promotional activities.

  • Lead Generation:

    • Implement lead generation tactics designed to attract high-quality business leads through digital channels.

    • Utilize gated content, landing pages, and relevant content strategies to generate leads.

  • Email Marketing:

    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, promoting new products, and sharing valuable business-focused content.

    • Experience with Klaviyo is preferred for executing these campaigns efficiently.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Oversee Texas Wholesale's presence on LinkedIn, engaging business prospects through posts on product updates, industry trends, success stories, and relevant thought leadership content.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of B2B digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights.

    • Provide regular reports to monitor campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration with Sales Teams:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

    • Provide qualified leads to the sales team and assist with converting those leads into customers.

  • Vendor and Event Coordination:

    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event-related marketing materials.

    • Maintain strong communication with vendors to ensure they are informed about campaigns, promotions, and updates.

  • Collaboration with Graphic Designers:

    • Serve as a proactive liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and the graphic design team.

    • Effectively communicate business strategies, manage the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, booklets, flyers, and catalogs, and ensure timely execution of creative assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proactive, fast learner with the ability to pick up new skills and tools quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and strategy development, with a focus on retail, wholesale, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, email marketing (particularly Klaviyo), and lead generation.
  • Experience with Webflow & WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to internal teams and external partners.
