This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of executive level experience in Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the international software market.
Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and optimize lead generation activities.
Employ a combination of persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques to close deals
Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and legal, to tailor proposals and negotiate terms that meet the needs of international clients.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
3+ years of Executive level Experience in sales. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Attitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Other Details :

Experience: 3+ years

Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday will be on from 10am - 1pm.

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: 70k-150k
