Requirements:
Proven experience (3 years) as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Expertise in crafting content for different formats and platforms with an understanding of audience segmentation.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing content calendars and working with content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with multimedia content creation (videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.).Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and SEO best practices.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original written content for various mediums such as websites, blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and more.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of content creators, providing direction, feedback, and support to maintain consistency and excellence in content output.
SEO and Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and SEO specialists to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Knowledge of industry trends and content marketing best practices.
Experience with data-driven content strategy and A/B testing methodologies.
