Role Specifications:

Provide visionary leadership to the school community.
Oversee the implementation of curriculum and instructional practices.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being. Recruit, hire, and retain qualified staff members.
Manage school budget and allocate resources effectively.
Establish and maintain partnerships with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations. Represent the school in various forums and events.
Continuously evaluate and improve the overall performance of the school.

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
Track record of implementing successful educational programs and initiatives.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the curriculum.
Experience in dealing with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.

Skills Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in education administration.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.

Education Requirements:

Masters from a reputable University in Education/ Social Sciences or similar field. Valid teaching certification. Proven leadership and management skills.
