The HR Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing the operations related to personnel management, training, and timekeeping within the organization. This role includes assisting management in recruitment, employee training, administration of union contracts, labor relations, employee benefits, wages and salary administration, health and safety, employee relations, and the maintenance of personnel records. The HR Manager ensures that the personnel needs of the organization are efficiently met while maximizing cost-effectiveness and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or certification preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years in HR management, with skills in HR processes, labor laws, team supervision, recruitment, training, and union contract administration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, employee benefits, safety regulations, payroll, and employee relations.
Personal Attributes: Ethical judgment, adaptability, and proactive initiative.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; local languages are a plus.
