Accounts Manager

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the company and ensuring sound financial management practices. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling cash inflow and out, and keeping all transcations records up to date;

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

Budget Management:

Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets.
Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow by monitoring daily financial operations and working capital requirements.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
