As a Sales Coordinator at HZA SYD, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and maintain exceptional customer relationships. Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders.

Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronics or technology-related products is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
