Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Update product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory levels as needed.
- Monitor and manage product inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to replenish inventory when necessary.
- Organize and categorize products for an efficient and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Ensure products are placed in the appropriate collections and categories.
- Adjust listings and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product listings promptly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to create compelling product listings and visuals.
- Work with Customer Support and Compliance team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to product listings.
