1. Write and distribute emails, correspondence letters.
  2. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  3. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  4. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain contact lists.
  6. Book travel arrangements if any.
  7. Provide general support to visitors.
  8. Liaise with executive to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  9. Having designing and writing skills will be highly appreciated.
  10. Keep track record of all projects.
