We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an English-Speaking Customer Support This role requires an excellent command of spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (for UK clients)

Answer inbound calls and professionally handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
Follow scripts and company guidelines to provide accurate information about our services.
Coordinate with field clerks and transcribers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

English Communication:

Fluent in spoken and written English with a natural accent and excellent pronunciation.
Experience in handling UK-based customer service or call center roles is a plus.

General Skills:

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in UK-based customer service or working with international clients.
Familiarity with Islamic or Arabic language learning content is a bonus but not required.
