We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager based in Gujranwala to lead and manage a team of sales executives for the sale of sanitary PPRC pipes and stainless steel sinks. The ideal candidate must have relevant industry experience, proven team leadership, and a solid understanding of credit sales and recovery processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Set sales objectives and KPIs, and ensure timely reporting and performance evaluations.
Train and develop team members in product knowledge, credit policies, and sales techniques.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement area-wise sales plans to increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key dealers, retailers, and contractors.
Actively participate in field visits and support team members in closing major deals.
Credit Sales & Recovery
Monitor credit sales to ensure they align with company policies and approved limits.
Oversee and support the recovery of outstanding payments across the region.
Maintain strong coordination with the finance department for credit approval and collection follow-ups.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to suggest strategies.
Prepare and submit detailed area-wise sales and recovery reports to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalated client issues effectively.
Key Requirements:
Must be a resident of Gujranwala
Relevant experience in sanitary ware, building materials, or related industries is preferred
Proven experience in managing a sales team and handling credit-based sales
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and achieve targets
Good command over MS Office and sales reporting tools
