We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of PPRC pipes and stainless steel sinks. The role involves building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and retailers, managing sales on credit, and ensuring timely recovery of payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a good understanding of the building materials or sanitary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell PPRC pipes and stainless steel sinks to dealers, retailers, contractors, and construction sites.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to achieve sales targets.
Credit Sales Management
Sell products on approved credit terms while maintaining a balance between sales growth and credit control.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers in line with company policy.
Payment Recovery
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups for outstanding payments.
Maintain proper documentation and communication for all credit transactions.
Resolve disputes or issues related to delayed payments in coordination with the finance team.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide after-sales service and address customer complaints professionally.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and payment recovery updates.
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
