Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed. Conduct a weekly review to finalize the upcoming week’s schedule.
  • Communication & Coordination: Confirm meeting schedules and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals for the CEO's meetings.
  • Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks including cleaning/laundry bookings, and app troubleshooting. Help plan outfits for meetings and order personal items as needed.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a professional and formal demeanor, respecting the CEO’s preference for minimal conversation.
