We are looking for four IT Expert or tech-savvy professionals to support our property coordinators in managing backend operations from our office in Karachi.

Job Duties:

  • Property Research & Listings: Researching real estate opportunities, gathering property details, and maintaining up-to-date listings.
  • Client & Owner Communication: Coordinating with property owners and clients via email and chat, providing timely updates and support.
  • CRM Management: Organizing and managing client data in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible to property coordinators.
  • Social Media Management: Assisting with content creation and management of social media platforms to promote real estate listings and company services.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting research to identify market trends, property values, and new investment opportunities.
  • Task Completion & Reporting: Efficiently completing assigned tasks and immediately reporting to the relevant departments, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT or extensive knowledge in technology that can enhance our work environment.
  • All chosen candidates will receive comprehensive training to meet the specific work conditions and requirements.
  • Responsible individuals who value time management and can meet deadlines effectively.
  • Sharp, open-minded personalities who are aware of global trends and can adapt to the UAE’s real estate market.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and report progress using online systems.
  • Must maintain a healthy and positive working environment.
  • Must have valid documentation for verification and cross-checking.
  • Previous experience in real estate or relevant industries should be clearly mentioned.

Pay Grade: Based on expertise and experience in property sales and rentals.

Interview Process:

Two rounds of interviews will be conducted.

  • Round 1: Initial interview.
  • Round 2: Final interview for shortlisted candidates.
