Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers and manage online community interactions to enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development and social media management.
- Fresh graduates with relevant interests and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
