We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ClientRelations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.
- Prepare and send accurate project quotes based on initial client discussions and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document detailed project requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients where appropriate.
- Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in client management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform and how to effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
