Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual aesthetics, a passion for design, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, websites, advertisements, and product packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create graphics that align with branding guidelines.
Design and optimize digital assets such as website banners, email templates, and social media visuals.
Utilize design software to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and error-free.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative design concepts.
Work with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of print materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
