As a Content Strategist at Influence, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, distribution, and management of content across all our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into effective content strategies.
  • Content Planning: Develop comprehensive content plans, including editorial calendars, that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
  • Script Creation: Craft engaging and compelling scripts for social media content, particularly for TikTok videos.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality photos, videos, and other multimedia content. Work closely with influencers and creative professionals to ensure content meets brand standards.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. This includes scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics tools to measure the success of content strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Photo and Video Editing: Edit photos and videos to ensure they are polished and professional. Utilize editing software to enhance visual content.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencers and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
