Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage equipment needs, and ensure proper facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard office procedures.
  • Assist walk-in clients by providing support, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Supervise office staff, offering guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including training and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Manage office schedules efficiently, including leave records and attendance tracking to ensure coverage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between employees and management, facilitating effective communication.
  • Handle office budgets by processing expenses, managing invoices, and coordinating with the finance department.
  • Oversee petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Serve as the main contact for external vendors, service providers, and clients, managing relationships professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements to support organizational needs.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of office activities and transactions.
  • Oversee the functionality of office technology and communication systems, ensuring they operate seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance of office systems.
