We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager – Academic Partnerships to strengthen our relationships with universities and colleges across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting IIPD's technical training programs and forming institutional partnerships for skill development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue collaborations with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
Build long-term relationships with department heads, placement officers, and academic decision-makers.
Establish training partnerships, MoUs, and student engagement programs across campuses.
Represent IIPD at career fairs, academic expos, seminars, and student events.
Design and deliver customized training proposals for final year students, faculty, and technical staff.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan outreach campaigns, webinars, and info sessions.
Work with the admissions team to convert student leads into enrolments.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and potential academic partners.
Liaise with faculty to onboard student brand ambassadors or campus representatives.
Monitor performance of partnerships and track KPI-driven reporting and outcomes.
Stay updated on higher education trends, academic calendars, and industry-academia collaborations.
Support IIPD’s mission of creating future-ready graduates and skilled professionals.

Candidate Profile:

Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in academic outreach, education partnerships, or student engagement.
Strong understanding of the higher education ecosystem in Pakistan.
Confident public speaker with excellent communication and networking skills.
Passionate about youth skill development, technical education, and industry readiness.
