We are hiring for the position of "HR Manager"
Key Responsibilities:
Operational HR Strategy:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support operational objectives. Collaborate with operations leadership to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
Manage recruitment efforts for operational roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs. Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety, and skills development. Identify training needs through performance metrics and employee feedback. Facilitate leadership development programs for operational managers.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems tailored to operational roles.Guide managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns related to operations. Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum [4-5 years] of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational roles.
