Operate and monitor boilers and chillers for efficiency.
Check and log safety and operational parameters.
Administer chemical dosing and maintain water quality, including monitoring TDS and pH levels in the boiler and chiller cooling towers.
Maintain log sheets and logbooks, documenting all operational and maintenance activities.
Perform routine maintenance, including softener charging and purging
Identify and address any operational issues or inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent equipment failure.
