As an Assistant Officer-People & Culture team, you will be responsible for supporting the People Engagement, wellbeing and performance enablement initiatives in ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture for employees.

· Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, additional qualifications in digital media will be a plus.
Work Experience:
At least 03 years of work experience in HR operations but more specifically in people development and engagement function.

Working Environment:
This role requires working fulltime in office, and willingness to travel to IRC sites of operation as needed. Applicants must have a home or alternate workspace they can effectively complete their work during regularly scheduled work hours.
